Terms and Conditions

Fees and Payments
a. All parent's fees must be paid in advance in full on termly basis before the start of term.
b. A full month's notice is required before the end of a term for withdrawal in the following term.
c. All invoices must be made within 30 days. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty fee.
c. No refunds or credits can be given for absences due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.
d. No refund will be given for parts of terms of terms not attended due to withdrawal from the school without a month's notice in the preceding term.
2. Enrolment and Attendance
a. Enrolment in the school is subject to availability and completion of the required registration process.
b. A one-month written notice is required for withdrawal from the school or any changes to the agreed attendance schedule (e.g., change in days attended). Failure to provide notice will result in the next term’s fees being charged in full.

School Policies
a. Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives and is collected on time.
b. Parents/guardians must inform the school if another person is collecting the child.
c. Parents/guardians must notify the school of any changes to contact details or medical conditions of the child.
4.
Health and Safety
a. Children who are unwell should not attend school. If a child falls ill during school hours, parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them.

All allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of enrolment.
c. The school follows strict health and safety regulations, and all students must adhere to these rules for the well-being of the school community.
d. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, trained school staff will administer basic first aid. If further medical attention is required, emergency services will be contacted, and parents/guardians will be informed immediately.
e. Parents/guardians are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact details and authorise the school to seek medical treatment for their child if necessary.
5.
Amendments to Terms
a. The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
By enrolling in the school, parents/guardians/schools/LEA agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
