WOODLAND 
WORKOUTS for WELLBEING 

We workout in a beautiful woodland: beginning with a warm up, a little run/walk at your own pace, followed gentle aerobic exercise amongst the trees, closing with a mindful meditation and relaxation. 

ALL FITNESS LEVELS
This is for feeling good and enjoying ourselves, 
we take it at our own pace, challenging ourselves as we feel on each day.
All exercises are offered with 'extension' and 'light' version.
You select your level as we go.
Small friendly groups 5 or 6.
Comfortable clothes, lots of layers are good, shoes you can run in, yoga/camping mat, water, bag that you can fit everything in.
This is your workout and you can do it your way.
